Cabo Verde is a volcanic archipelago of ten islands 460 km off the coast of West Africa, where year-round sunshine meets serious outdoor adventure. The islands divide into two characters: the flat, windswept dunes of Sal and Boa Vista — perfect for surfing, kitesurfing and sea turtle encounters — and the lush, mountainous interiors of Santo Antão, Santiago and Fogo, where trails cut through green valleys and volcanic craters. The water stays warm (22–27°C), the motto is "No Stress," and every island offers a different version of the Atlantic good life.
